Loose canon logic

To create a new page just enter a wiki link into an existing page and save. If the page doesn't exist, question marks will be shown around the new name. "Click" the "link" to "edit" the "page".

Syntax is Fandoc (same as Fantom sidewalk), plus double-bracketed wiki links.
